Home base is Belgium, but we work with print labs around the world. Each facility is staffed by local teams - so when you order from the US, it's handled by our American team, in Australia by our Australian team, and so on. Just makes sense, right?

We're pretty particular about what goes into our prints:

• Canvas: Premium cotton-polyester blend
• Frame: FSC-certified radiata pine wood (1.25"/3,2cm thick with mirrored edges)
• Inks: Non-toxic, eco-friendly latex
• Finish: Professional-grade print quality

We offer canvases in two classic photographic ratios:

• Horizontal prints: 3x2 ratio
• Vertical prints: 3x4 ratio

*Sizes might vary slightly (about 1/8" or 3.2mm)

We use HP Latex printers with water-based pigmented inks. They're UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified - safe enough for hospitals and schools. Everything is non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-flammable.

Each print goes through multiple quality checks, comes with pre-installed saw-tooth hanging hardware, and has soft rubber dots on the bottom corners for stability. We even designed custom boxes that use 28% less packaging material than the industry standard.

Once an order enters our production system, it automatically triggers multiple automated workflows with our production and shipping partners. We're sorry, but we can't deliver to P.O. boxes - our canvas prints are simply too large to fit!

Your artwork's journey matters to us. Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective plastic and housed in our custom-designed recycled cardboard boxes. Our smart packaging design uses 28% less material than industry standard - protecting both your art and the environment.

Your artwork is designed to last for generations with proper care:

• Place away from direct sunlight to preserve colors
• Clean with a slightly damp cloth when needed - no harsh products
• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• Maintain in moderate temperature and humidity
• Store upright in a cool, dry place if not displaying

Just grab a nail or picture hook - your canvas comes with everything else:

While we professionally photograph and color-correct all our artwork, display colors may vary slightly from the physical canvas. This is natural and occurs because each screen displays colors differently based on its settings and calibration. Rest assured, your canvas is crafted to display the most authentic colors and details when viewed in person.

We want you to love your artwork, so we offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be:

1. In original condition
2. In original packaging
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase
